Essential Job Functions:
- Catch, collect, and visually inspect tickets or medical components as they exit production equipment
- Package tickets according to work instructions, batch records, and customer specifications
- Verify correct counts, labeling, and lot/batch identification
- Perform in-process quality checks and immediately report defects or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation, including production logs and quality records
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, and ISO requirements
- Maintain cleanroom or controlled environment standards, including proper gowning and hygiene
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free from contamination
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Support production flow by working closely with press operators, quality, and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic counting and math skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in a regulated medical manufacturing setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to interact with all people in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; Active listening skills.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, or FDA-regulated environments
- Experience operating press or similar production equipment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
